Every day at Dittoe PR, we do our best to support each other.  In the office we're constantly offering feedback, advice, new contacts...  But, out of the office, the extent to which we go has reached an all time high!

Up until Christy Oberley joined the Dittoe PR team, after hours with the Dittoe Girls involved Tuesday night bowling, tailgating for the Colts and the occasional birthday party. So every Tuesday and Thursday, when you find Christy teaching spinning classes at our local LA Fitness with at least a few of the us behind her, you should know that it is definitely out of the ordinary! It does help that the class is a great one-- a full 45 minutes of extreme cardio and sweat... most of the time!

Last night was the Mt. Everest ride. A 2-hour class, dedicated to getting us in shape.

Now sign-ups for this class started three weeks ago and it was full within three days! Only 30 bikes, and 46 people were just begging to participate. I guess I should have known what I was in for when I was one of only 20 people that showed up for class yesterday.

20 songs and two hours later, it was over.  A great class, a great work out and two very tired Dittoe gals!

Why did I do it? There are many reasons, but I guess the reason I went through with it was to support my friend by planting my smiling, complaining face in the front row! Will I be participating next time? Absolutely! But this time it will be to prove to myself that this was no fluke... I'm actually in shape!
